Cut you a template circle the diameter you want your opening out of some scrap wood.

Trace the templates onto 2 separate pieces of medium density fiberboard. There are two screws on each door. Cut out the templates using a jigsaw. In this video i show myself wrapping the speaker grills for the back door panels.
