So the goal in this video is creating a second floor first challenge is to build some stairs.
Stop light passing through walls fallout 4 creation kit.
Enough preliminary chit chat time to do some building.
Pretty much every lights are passing through wall now hope to see modders get it fixed.
It s like 2005 standard instead of 2015.
Placed a lantern on the ground and a wall light at the power armor.
Does anyone have a clue how to fix this or will it even be possible even when the creation kit.
I have a light source outside of the building but it shines through to put shadows ish on the ceiling and floor inside of the house and this is on of those pre built houses in sanctuary.
Theres a glow from the workbench fire that stays even if you move it.
You guys make a settlement building simulator and you dont even bother to fix this crappy stuff.
Did the same when i moved my armor workbench in sanctuary.
This is annoying problem.
Though this video i ll give you an idea on.
Where every room has to be separately lighted.
In a few places where my inside light go through the walls i placed some sort of light on the outside as well to mask it.
Beside light passing through wall problem that currently no mod can fix there are also light sources not casting dynamic shadow.
And you want to revert to stone age construction methods.
Do people realize how bad is the lighting of this game.
Lantern wall light etc.
So that lighting can be more efficient than it was in the 21st century.
I recommend placing the vanilla conduit on the outside of the wall and the pass through conduit on the inside.
There is also a thicker conduit which works better with switch boxes placed on inside walls.
